When the above photo was released, one thing stood out to glove fanatics like us: Manny Machado’s glove.
After waiting for some more information, we heard what we wanted. The glove we wanted to know more about is Manny Machado’s Rawlings WBC Glove.
It is a 12″ NP6 pattern glove, the same pattern Machado has been using for the past couple of years.
Reinforced Single Post Web: Rawlings actually does not offer this type of single post with the base. This same web is seen on a Wilson G4.
Flashy red, blue, and white colorway that shows Machado’s patriotism for his home country. This design is pretty slick.
The Dominican flag on the web looks good – and Rawlings did a great job stitching it on the web.
Unlike Machado’s past gloves that have orange, black, or chocolate colorways or I or V webs, Manny Machado’s Rawlings WBC Glove has none of these features. In fact, the only thing that are the same between Machado’s past gloves is the pattern.
What are your thoughts on Manny Machado’s Rawlings WBC Glove?
